The competitiveness of a company is not only its market share, but above all the ability to fulfil customer requirements to the point. In an analysis of the market position for the most important products of each business field we examine their respective customer's benefit which is the benefit, each product offers to the prospective customer.

Strength/Weakness In a strength/weakness profile we show the competitiveness for each business field by comparing it with the position of the most important competitors. The fulfilment of the customer's wishes by the product determines the product's quality. Besides we examine the satisfaction of the customers with the offered service. The calculated price of products and services is compared with the market price and/or the price of the competitors. Delivery time and on-time delivery are measured in reference to the competitors. We examine, what gives a genuine competitive advantage and which level measured by the factors for success must be reached, in order to be competitive.
   
Targets For each business field we deduct concrete targets in respect to the strategic factors for success, e.g. improvement of product quality or service, as well as for cost reduction, delivery time and on-time delivery.
