Restructuring concept

To increase customer satisfaction and to improve the efficiency in using resources we reorganise the business processes of the company in detail. Based on the targets for improving competitiveness in the different business fields and on the Make or Buy decisions taken we provide a concept for customer-orientated company restructuring.

Speed

On-time delivery

Optimising process organisation:
The work flow is redefined with the goal of shortest delivery times. A minimum delivery time is not only a competitive advantage but also secures the optimal reactivity of the company.
Basis for an on-time order-processing are sufficient capacities and integrated logistics for sales, stock management, production, distribution and service. Customers and suppliers are imbedded into the production process. For bigger jobs project management is installed.

Simplicity

Competence

Adjustment of the organizational structure:
Tasks within the core business are to be accomplished within the company. Outsourcing of tasks outside of the core business creates capacity for reaching the central company targets and gives cost security. A simple organization eliminates expenditure drivers by reduction of complexity and leads to the increase of productivity.
By segmenting into small groups, organized by business fields and customer groups, all tasks connected with an order can be executed in teamwork immediately on spot. Competent and responsible personnel are engaged partners for the customers.

Controlling instruments Renewing the information system:
The quality of product, work flow and organization is guaranteed by process orientated and company wide integrated communication and information systems. They help to immediately register, pursue and remove faults in the order process. Reporting systems based thereon make possible complete planning and reporting with detailed deviation analyses and form important instruments of control.

The transformation from the old to the new structure is specified in single steps with determined effects (capital used, effects on property etc.), expenses and results. We develop detailed short and long-term activity plans for all departments. In coordination with the management persons responsible for the implementation of all activities are assigned. Together with these and involving the people concerned we introduce the new company structure in coordinated steps.
