The transformation from the old to the new structure is specified in single steps with determined
effects (capital used, effects on property etc.), expenses and results. We develop detailed
short and long-term activity plans for all departments. In coordination with the management
persons responsible for the implementation of all activities are assigned. Together with these and
involving the people concerned we introduce the new company structure in coordinated steps.
