We examine customer orientation of the organization, information management of the company and efficiency of the business process in the value chain of the individual products. For the different business fields a work distribution analysis is made. We examine work flow and organizational structure (management structure, personnel qualification) and use of resources, division of labour, process costs and delivery times, in order to find bottlenecks and cost drivers.
   
Make or Buy Considering market sizes and market shares and also bottlenecks and cost drivers found, we deduct an optimal company structure. The value chain is redefined and fundamental Make or Buy decisions must be taken.
